These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voke API ("Service") operated by Voke API ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using an API key, you accept these Terms in full.
Voke API is an AI model gateway that provides unified access to multiple large language models via an OpenAI-compatible API.
You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. If you suspect a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violations of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate key revocation and account termination without refund.
Free test API keys are valid for 3 hours from creation. Free tier access is limited to one key per account. Deleting an expired key does not reset or extend the free trial period.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to apply rate limits or throttling to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs generated by models accessible through the Service. Content generated by AI models does not represent the views of Voke API.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by network anomalies, hardware failures, or events outside our control. Check status.vokes.in for real-time availability.
All gateway code, branding, and documentation are the property of Voke API. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the API. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voke API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
